Weekly Wellness Walks

Join us for these weekly walks held on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th (when applicable) Wednesdays at 12 p.m., January through March. Meet and sign in at the Visitors Cottage.  Led by knowledgeable Wellfield Staff and Volunteers, these walks are a way to combat what are commonly interpreted as the ‘winter blues’ (but may also be as serious as ‘seasonal affective disorder’). Walks will feature nature interpretation, observation, and exploration of our surroundings. 

Walks are free to attend, please register online here. Limit 12.
Weekly Wellness Walks are a program requiring registration; As Wellfield is not open for general admission during this time, p
articipants are asked to remain with the group and must exit the Gardens when the walk concludes.
