Annual Partnership Program and Sponsorship Opportunities

2024 Annual Partnership Opportunities

We head into 2024 poised for progress toward the vision of Wellfield’s Master Plan and furthering our Mission for the community: to celebrate the inseparable relationship between water and life, inspire creativity and lifelong learning, foster stewardship of our natural world, and grow community.

While our founders dreamed of ever-increasing attendance and community engagement, it’s unlikely many envisioned so much could be accomplished in such a short period of time. Wellfield set another total attendance record in 2023—over 80,000 guests—across programs including admission, education, private rentals, community partnerships, and special events including our biggest and brightest Winter Wonderland Holiday Lights yet, featuring 1.4 million lights enhancing the natural beauty of Wellfield.

As an Annual Partner, you’ll share in these accomplishments which further our Mission. Your support makes a direct impact in our community. Through the vision of our Board, the tireless commitment of volunteers throughout the community, and the dedication of passionate staff, we are committed to making a difference in Elkhart and beyond.

Will you help us in making that difference?

We invite you to be a part of our vibrant, dynamic, and growing regional attraction. The momentum of previous years gives us tremendous enthusiasm for 2024: The Year of Fresh Perspectives (#FreshPerspectives) celebrating the true community treasure Wellfield has grown to be. But as we know, a garden never stops growing; it is a dynamic and changing environment. We are putting our passions to work cultivating exciting new projects, nurturing small sprouts of ideas to maturity, and fostering sustainable growth moving forward.

Your partnership will allow us to capitalize on that momentum and continue to grow our capacity, ensuring sustainable growth. Please consider a Partnership that not only serves you or your organization, but also serves the community by creating an invaluable regional resource for generations to come. Options and benefits of an  Annual Partnership are below. It’s our pleasure to present a more thorough overview of opportunities by meeting you where you’re at, connecting online, or giving you an in-person tour at Wellfield. Reach out with questions, ideas, or to schedule a conversation. Thank you!

Sincerely,

Eric Garton | Robert and Peggy Weed Executive Director
Janet Evanega Rieckhoff | 2023-2024 Chair, Board of Directors
