Annual Partnership Program and Sponsorship Opportunities

Reflecting on a challenging year, 2020 was a year of growth as we served over 60,000 guests – the most ever since our founding in 2005! Highlights of 2020 include:

  • A record-setting Winter Wonderland Holiday Lights returned even bigger and brighter, featuring over ¾-million lights, new features, and a safer guest experience for over 20,000 guests over 17 nights!

  • The opening of our world-class Japanese-inspired “Island Garden,” a gift from Don and Jurate Krabill, designed by renowned Japanese garden designer and Curator of the Portland Japanese Garden, Sadafumi Uchiyama.

  • Furthering our mission by Growing Community inspired by a pandemic – 2020 provided opportunities for community partnerships more than ever before; including CAPS, the Elkhart County Symphony, Elkhart Public Library, Community Foundation of Elkhart County, Elkhart County Convention and Visitors Bureau and Quilt Gardens along the Heritage Trail, Elkhart Rotary Club, supporting a different not-for-profit each night of Winter Wonderland Holiday Lights, and more!

As an Annual Partner, you’ll share in these accomplishments that further our Mission to celebrate the inseparable relationship between water and life, inspire creativity and lifelong learning, foster stewardship of our natural world, and grow community. Your support makes a direct impact in our community. Through the vision of our board of directors, the tireless commitment of volunteers throughout the community, and the dedication of passionate staff, we are committed to making a difference in Elkhart and beyond!

Will you help us in making that difference?

We invite you to be a part of a vibrant, dynamic, and growing regional attraction. The momentum of a strong finish in 2020 gives us tremendous hope for the new year as we launch 2021: The Year of Peace celebrating an exciting NEW traveling exhibit – OrigamiintheGarden2 – on display April 24 through October 17. We are committed to creating an attitude and spirit of Peace around all we do in 2021, from our sixth season of Groovin’ in the Gardens Summer Concert Series and Origami After Hours events June 9, July 13, and August 17, to our Bonsai Show July 31-Aug 1, Summer Evening in the Gardens gala dinner on September 16, incredible Winter Wonderland Holiday Lights ‘Million Light Year’, drop-in activities, and program offerings throughout the year.

Your partnership allows us to sustain that momentum, build capacity, and ensures that we will continue to grow a strong organization dedicated to furthering our Mission. Please consider a partnership that not only serves you or your organization through increased positive exposure and shared values, but also grows the community of Elkhart and creates an invaluable regional resource for generations to come. Options and benefits of becoming an Annual Partner are included below. It would be our pleasure to present a more thorough overview of what’s to come by meeting you where you’re at, connecting via Zoom, or by giving you an in-person tour at Wellfield, scheduled at your convenience. Feel free to reach out with questions, ideas, or to schedule a brief meeting or tour. Thank you for your consideration.
