Wedding and Private Event Rentals at Wellfield Botanic Gardens.

Wellfield Botanic Gardens (WBG) offers a serene and gorgeous setting for your wedding or special event. The English Cottage, Waterfall and Event Gardens are perfect locations for your special day. Choosing WBG for your event is sure to create beautiful, lasting memories for you and your guests.

Rental fees are based on the number of guests in attendance, and include admission for all guests (such as bridal party, parents, children, musicians, photographers and event planners), photographer’s permit (which includes 1 assistant) and the location/site reservation. Fees are based on 3-hour increments during standard operating hours throughout the year. For events over 3 hours in duration, additional fees will apply.

Event Rates

  • 1-50 guests $  500
  • 51-75 guests $  750
  • 76-100 guests $1,000
  • 101-150 guests $1,250
  • 151-200 guests $1,500
  • 201-300 guests $2,000

DEPOSITS

Security Deposit – All wedding and special event rentals require a $1,000.00 security deposit 30 days before scheduled event date. Security Deposits will be refunded within 1 month of rental date per contracted agreement.

Reservation Deposit is $200.00 and is non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL FEES & CONDITIONS

  • Additional $150.00 per hour fee will apply to events exceeding 3 hour reservation.
  • Additional $150.00 per hour for events scheduled outside standard operating hours.
  • Fees are based on one garden rental; additional garden space can be reserved at a 50% discount.
  • After hour events must end at 10:00 p.m.
  • All reservation requests are subject to availability and approval of WBG. Reservation is complete upon receipt of a signed contract and reservation deposit. Full payment of rental fees, security deposit and other applicable fees is required 30 days prior to your scheduled event date. Cancellation within 30 days of your scheduled event results in forfeiture of 50% of the total rental fees.

NOTE: WBG is a location rental site only and does not offer event planning services, rental equipment or catering services. Reservations are based upon availability; WBG reserves the right to refuse reservations based on intended site use or other circumstances. All outside vendors must be licensed, insured and approved by WBG prior to your scheduled event.

Wellfield Botanic Garden Regular Hours of Operation:

  • Spring/Summer:  April 1 – October 31; Monday-Saturday 9 am-7 pm, Sunday 11 am-5 pm
  • Fall:  November 1 – December 31; Closed Mondays, Open Tuesday-Sunday Noon-5 pm
  • Winter:  January 1 – March 31; Tuesday, Saturday, & Sunday Noon-5 pm; Closed Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
