While the summer season is winding down, I would argue the best days of the year are still to come at Wellfield. We’ve still got plenty of events coming up (especially if you like Scarecrows!), and the Gardens will still provide plenty of beauty and enjoyment for all, no matter the season.
Have you made it out for one of our Groovin’ in the Gardens concerts yet? NO?!? You’ve only got one chance left – join us this Thursday, August 24 for our last concert of the year. It promises to be a great one – we’ve got the sweet sounds of Don Savoie’s Blue-Eyed Soul. The weather looks fantastic; what’s your excuse? C’mon out – tickets available HERE or at the door. Thanks again to our generous sponsors for a great concert season!
Our marquee event of the season is just days away – if you have not gotten your tickets for Taste of the Gardens yet, time is running out to save a couple bucks on admission! Pre-sale tickets ($6 each adult) are available by clicking HERE. If you wait until Saturday, they are $8 each, so why not click HERE now and get them?
Landscape for Life – this unique 5-week class begins September 5th. Hosted by Wellfield and led by our Horticulture Manager, Josh Steffen, this class will help you design and build a sustainable garden in your own yard. More info, and links to register, are available HERE.
If you missed our Beekeeping class last month and are still interested in learning more, please join us beginning September 23 at 9am for our 3-part Intro to Beekeeping class, led by our very own beekeeper, Steve Pearson! More information is available HERE, and you can register by clicking HERE.
There’s something for everyone! See you in the Gardens!
