Does this cool weather have you thinking about fall and all its glory? Leaves changing color, pumpkins, crisp and cool days and…SCARECROWS!! Mark your calendar now: we will be celebrating Fabulous Fall from Friday, Sept 22nd – Sunday, Sept 24th with several events:
- Our Antique Farm and Garden Equipment Show will feature vintage tractors and runs Friday – Sunday, September 22nd – 24th.
- Join us on Sunday, September 24th for our Scarecrow Picnic. This is your chance to spend an afternoon in the Gardens picnicking with your family and friends, enjoying the beautiful fall weather. Pre-registration is required, and is available by clicking HERE or visiting our Visitor’s Cottage.
- Sunday, September 24th also will be the culmination of our Scarecrow Contest, which officially kicks off today! Stop by the Visitor’s Cottage and check out our entry, then design your own and show it off all fall in the Gardens! Our contest is open to all – individuals, families, companies and not-for-profits each have a chance to win fun prizes. And this year, everyone will have a chance to vote for their favorite, in person and on social media!
