Health and Wellness in the Gardens

Have you been out to try one of our health and wellness classes yet?

Please consider joining us this coming week; we’ve got Saturday yoga with Barb Naranche at 9:15am, and on Sunday we are happy to welcome Eric Gingerich from Song of the Self Yoga to our 2-3pm class! And don’t forget Tuesdays with Beth Foley-Spahr at 5:45pm. Register for class by clicking HERE – if the date you want to attend is not shown, click on “other dates”. Starting Thursday, July 27th we will be offering our “Walk and Awaken” Tai Chi and Walking Meditation class, starting at 10am. The class will run for 8 weeks (until Sept 14th) and is offered on a drop-in basis. Please join instructor Marisha Schmidt, M.A. for this calming offering. To register, click HERE. Class will begin at our new 14-foot wind chime and proceed through the Gardens. It is sure to be relaxing and invigorating!
