Have you seen the lineup for our Education Symposium on May 6?

If you were inspired by environmental awareness, education, and sustainability on Earth Day, be sure to check out our NEW education event on Saturday, May 6 from 8 am-2 pm: Education Symposium – “Garden Dialogues”, a collaborative program between Wellfield Botanic Gardens and the Four Winds Garden Club of Elkhart. Net proceeds benefit Wellfield Botanic Gardens, thanks to the generosity of Four Winds Garden Club members and many volunteers who make the event possible!

The event is a great way to spend some time at Wellfield while learning about some very interesting topics. The special event will feature speakers in THREE different topic tracks. Participants are not required to remain in the same track throughout the symposium; you can jump around between tracks. Each track will be held in a different tent location around the Garden. Here are the track topics:

  • Track A: Naturalist
  • Track B: Wellness
  • Track C: Farm to Table/Permaculture

And as a bonus – – anyone who is an Indiana Master Naturalist and/or Master Gardener, this event qualifies for education credit hours!
