Step 1: VISIT. We’re open Tuesday-Sunday, 12-5 p.m. in December.
Step 2: TAKE A PHOTO that includes SNOW and is recognizable as Wellfield
- One entry per Facebook account, please.
- Winners in TWO CATEGORIES will be selected: “Family Fun” and “Winter Beauty” (interpretation is up to you!)
Step 3: Give your photo a title and POST to the COMMENTS SECTION of our Facebook Page Post from December 11.
Step 4: VOTE by encouraging your friends to ‘Vote’ for your photo with their LIKES/comments on the Facebook Post.
Additional rules and fine print:
- Judging will be weighted: 50% popular vote, 50% staff selection.
- Voting tabulation and judging will occur on January 3, so have your photos posted by then.
- WINNERS will be selected and notified by personal message.
- Two Winners will receive One-Year Family Memberships (or a one-year renewal if you’re already a member… you may also use your prize as a GIFT membership if you’d like).
- Winning Photos will also appear as Wellfield’s Facebook PROFILE PHOTO for a week in January, with a congratulatory post sure to bring fame and fortune!
- Your entry in the contest indicates your permission for Wellfield Botanic Gardens to use your photo for promotional purposes only.
