When should I arrive?

Wellfield closes for general admission at 5 p.m., gates reopen for the event at 6 p.m. We recommend arriving right at 6 p.m. so you will have plenty of time to meander the Gardens, grab food and drinks, and visit all the cosplayers.

Are tickets available at the door?

Yes, tickets are available online or at the door. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable! Please contact us if you need to transfer a ticket.

I'm a Wellfield member. Do I get discounted tickets?

Since we are partnering with the Hall of Heroes Superhero Museum, there will be no member discount for this event. We appreciate your support of both not-for-profits!

Will food and drink be available?

Yes, we have a variety of food vendors that will have food and drink available.

Can I bring food or drinks?

Accepted Answer

No outside food or drink is allowed as we will have concessions and food vendors.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Accepted Answer

The show will go on rain or shine unless the weather is severe. Wellfield reserves the right to cancel or delay the start of the event due to weather conditions. In the rare event of cancellation due to severe or dangerous conditions, tickets are valid for one regular admission to Wellfield, expiring one year from the event date.

Where should I park?

Parking is available on site at 1011 Nort Main Street. There is additional parking at the lot on the corner of East Simonton Street and North Main Street.
